How far are you in your coffee journey?
I enjoy drinking coffee and it's how I start my day. I haven't really thought much about different varieties, brewing methods, or origins yet.
I like trying different beans, experimenting with brewing methods, and I'm gradually diving into topics like roasting and coffee farming.
I actively explore topics like cultivation, processing, roast profiles, and brewing techniques - specialty coffee is much more than just a drink to me.
I care about good coffee and pay attention to things like flavor and freshness - l'd love to learn more about specialty coffee and roasting.

What's your experience in the hospitality industry?
I have solid experience in hospitality and am familiar with common processes. I can take responsibility (e.g. train new team members, manage certain tasks independently.
I've gained some initial experience in hospitality (e.g. service, behind the counter, kitchen) and feel familiar with basic workflows.
I have many years of hospitality experience. Team coordination, ordering supplies, and shaping workflows are things I handle with ease.
I have little or no experience in hospitality so far, but I'm curious, open to learning, and looking forward to new challenges.
